How beautiful!
Absolutely stunning! It is snowing at the moment, huge flakes, maybe I will at last have some snowscenes to photograph!!

Having a covering of snow allows even mundane colours like brown, black and grey to suddenly take on an almost jaunty air. For the rest of the year they don’t seem to count as “real” colours at all.
Terrific photos! Whenever I take photos like this I look for any colour in them. It’s not surprising it all looks so different when there isn’t any. xx

Extraordinary – even the tree trunks don’t show as brown in the bottom photo. I wouldn’t have known they were colour photos if you hadn’t told us! Hope you didn’t get too cold venturing out to get these!
